What is the Preview widget used for?

The Preview widget allows the operator to view the report in PDF format during the intervention. 

What is the Preview widget?

The Preview widget is located in your studio, in the Workflows category.

How to configure?

Within the parameters, you only have to choose the report template that will be displayed to the operator. If custom report templates have been imported into the form, then you can choose within the options of this widget. Otherwise, the Ermeo template will be chosen by default. If the Ermeo model is chosen, you can also choose whether or not to display certain data such as the name of the user, the time of entry.

In practice, how do you configure a Preview widget?

Context: Let's imagine a form that needs to allow its operator to view the reports before completing the intervention. The form has an Excel custom report template.

I will therefore have to choose this custom report template, in the settings of the Preview widget.

1. In a form, drag and drop the Preview widget.à

2. In the settings, choose the "Excel Custom Report" report template.

3. After this widget, you can use a End and Send widget.

4. Initiate an intervention. fill in the data at the beginning of the intervention. The report template is displayed for the operator. Only the fields entered will be filled in.
