Hour Widget

Why the hour widget is used for ?

The Hour widget allows your operators to fill a time during interventions. The operator can then enter his time of arrival on a site, or the time at which he detected an anomaly.

Where is the Hour widget ?

The Hour widget is located in your  studio, in the Tasks category.

Display the current time on the form

You can now display the current time during an intervention. To do this, all you have to do is use the Time tab and check the "Current Time" option.

How to configure it ?

You can define a default value for the Hour widget. Then, you can authorize or not the modification of this default value, by checking the associated option.

You can also choose the time display format. The time can be displayed in 24 hour format or in 12 hour format. If the 12 hour format is chosen, the default time will have the suffix A.M or P.M.

For the moment, there is not any Hour Attribute.

If you want to be sure that the time chosen is before or after the job time , you can activate the option "Current time", under 'Time before' or under 'Time after' depending your choice.

If you want to be sure that the time chosen is before or after another time, you can can click into "The time of another task" under "Time before" or under "Time after" depending your choice"

You can also add a number of minutes to the time chosen, if you want to make the comparison more complex.
