What is a report ?

A report is a document allowing to recover all the datas of an intervention. This data can be fill in by the mobile app by the operator. The datas can be about the  intervention directly (time and place of the intervention). The data can also concern the operator. A report is automatically generated by Ermeo at the end of each intervention.

You can choose to download a report in Ermeo format. You can also download a report with a custom frame. The custom format can be an .xlsx or .docx file.

A report is automatically generated at the end of each intervention. It's not possible to compulsory to fill an email adress or to send an email to generate a report.

The Ermeo report will contain the datas filled in by the operator, the titles of the form widgets and the name of the operator who filled in the datas. The types of widgets are not mentioned (possible via API).
