An intervention is a series of actions carried out by your operator. These actions are transcribed in a form. The data transcribed can be numbers, texts, timetables, etc. The actions carried out by your operator can be measurements, declarations of anomalies etc. The operator therefore performs an intervention on his mobile app. He must follow the orders on the form. The intervention can be carried out whether the operator has a network or not.
If the intervention has the done status, it's not possible to modify the intervention.
You can unselect the autoscroll when an operator is filling in a form. You need to go in "My Profile" in your mobile app, then you have to unselect the option Autoscroll.
If an intervention has disappeared, you can try to find in the Archived tabs. This tab will contain all the interventions deleted by the operator from his app or all the interventions deleted by an admin in the platform.
