What is an association rule ?

An association rule makes it possible to link documents and assets. So on your mobile app, you can launch an intervention from a device. You can associate assets for a specific document. The association can be automatic or manual.

Automatic association

An automatic association must be defined in the "Assets" section. It is necessary to click on the gear wheel then on "Rules of associations". Thus, you must define criteria used to "target" the documents and assets affected by this rule.

The criteria concerning the documents can relate to the attributes of the documents, or else the document folder.

The criteria concerning the assets can relate to the attributes of the asset, the parent asset or the family of the asset

Manual association

A manual association must be defined directly from the asset or the document concerned by this association.

For a device, simply go to the page of the device and choose the document to be linked.

For a document, simply go to the document page and choose the asset to be linked.
