Can I create a user without worrying about the characters used in the username?

• Special characters are not allowed in the username. Username must contain at least 6 characters.

Can I change a username after creating the account?

• The username cannot be changed after creating the user account.
• At the start of creation, it is therefore important to choose the username. It is important to be sure of the choice: set up a personalized username or choose an email address as an identifier.

Is the data saved in the event of deletion of user licenses?

• No, no data is deleted when a license expires or when a license is unassigned. Thus, we can always export the interventions of users without licenses, or consult the reports made by these users.

Can we delete users?

• Currently, it is not possible to delete a user.
