What does Publish a document mean?
You have just created your first form. You have finished editing the latter. You want to make it accessible to your teams so that they carry out their interventions. To do this, you will publish your form.
How to publish a document?
- Go to the form
- Select "Publier la version 1.x"
If you want to modify your document, you need to :
- Create a new version
- Bring the needed modifications
- Click into Quit
If you don't have to do more modifications, you need to click into "Yes, publish now".
Once your form is finished, when you have clicked on "Exit", click on "Yes, publish now" in the window that appears. Once your document is published, it will then be accessible on the mobile application. Your teams can then use it to carry out their interventions.
For the moment, it's not possible to publish a previous version of a form which was published.
