What is a license ?

You can dispatch your different Ermeo licenses to your operators, depending on whether they are active or not.

So, if an operator joins your company, you can assign an Ermeo license to it.

On the other hand, if an operator leaves your company, you can take away his Ermeo license (to give it back to another operator for example).

In practice, how do you create and assign licenses ?

Context : A new operator joins my company. I want to assign it a new Ermeo license.

1. In the Users tab, create a new user.

2. In the users list, you can select the user to unassign his license.

Your user is now licensed.

To go further

The number of licenses available for your environment is displayed at the top right in the users section.

If a license is removed from a user, the data concerning this user will always be accessible. Those datas will not be deleted.

You can also filter on the users who have an active license or not.

To renew licenses, it's compulsory to check with Account Executive in Ermeo.
