How to see an interventions calendar

What is the use of the different viewis modes ?

The visualization modes allow you to have an overview of the interventions carried out by your different teams.

Depending on the team chosen, you can view the schedule of this team, for a day, for a week or for a given month.

What is the planning visualization ?

The visualization is in the "Interventions" tab of your platform. You can choose to present your interventions in the form of a list or in the form of a schedule as on Google Calendar.

In practice, how to display this planning view ?

Context : A supervisor assigns several interventions to different teams. The supervisor wants to display the scheduled interventions for each of the teams for the coming week.

1. Go to the Interventions tab then click on Calendar

2. Then click on the team for which you want to view the schedule. You can also use the filters.

The team schedule is now available and displayed.
